Villa Interior Design

A villa is not a large apartment. It is a multi-floor property with formal and informal living areas, bedroom wings, majlis spaces, service quarters, and significant outdoor areas. The brief must resolve how a family lives across every room, how hospitality is built into the plan, and how materials hold together across 4,000 to 12,000 square feet.

We have designed and delivered villas across Dubai, from independent homes in Emirates Hills and Al Barari to compound villas in Arabian Ranches and townhouses in Jebel Ali Village, within more than 150 completed UAE projects since 2016. Villa work needs the project management, supplier relationships, and regulatory knowledge to deliver a design vision on an agreed timeline at a fixed price.

Most Dubai design firms stop at the drawings and hand you a pack for a contractor. We stay through delivery, coordinating with the architects, engineers, and consultants engaged where a villa involves layout changes or MEP reconfiguration. What we manage and what we coordinate is stated in the contract before signature.

The majlis is the cultural heart of a UAE villa and demands an approach that understands its formal function and its standing in the household. Relationships with Italian marble suppliers, premium joinery workshops, European fabric houses, and luxury furniture importers give clients materials that retail channels do not carry, at trade pricing rather than a showroom margin. On villa work, this is where smaller studios most often fall short.

Villa projects are long, and a client sixteen weeks in does not want to hear that handover has moved. We set the timeline in writing before mobilisation, approvals included, and manage it with our own site team rather than subcontracting the schedule.
