1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Paras Interiors LLC website and our interior design, fit-out, and related services in Dubai and across the UAE. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Paras Interiors LLC provides interior design, decoration, turnkey fit-out, procurement, supply, manufacture, and installation services for residential and commercial projects. The scope, timeline, and cost of any project are defined in the individual proposal or contract agreed with each client.

3. Quotations & Payments

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Project work begins upon written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Payment milestones are set out in the project agreement. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Project Changes

Changes requested after design approval or during execution may affect cost and timeline. All variations will be quoted and confirmed in writing before implementation.

5. Materials & Warranties

We source premium materials from reputable suppliers. Manufacturer warranties are passed on to the client where applicable. Natural materials (wood, stone, leather) may show variations in colour and texture; these are characteristics, not defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renders, and documentation prepared by Paras Interiors LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables transfer to the client. Website content, imagery, and branding may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Project Photography

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing. Client privacy is respected, no personal information is disclosed, and clients may opt out in writing.

8. Liability

We carry out all work with professional skill and care and in compliance with applicable UAE regulations. Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information. While we keep information current, we make no warranties as to completeness or accuracy. Enquiry details submitted through our forms are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
